Lori La Bey is known to inspire change wherever she goes.  People comment on her tenacity and ability to shift others views for the social justice and equality.  They refer to Lori as a "Futurist," "Connector," “Thought Leader,” “Change Maker,” and, “Disruptor.”  Lori finds implementing change works best by creating organic communities, working groups, and/or taskforces which are open to be inclusive and creative. She has found members of these groups become “Change Warriors” driven to make a difference.  They are not afraid to take the time to listen, learn, and leverage their new knowledge to explore and implement new ways to improve lives and the systems supporting these needed changes.  These individuals are reluctant to stand stuck and say, "But we've always done it this way!"
