Tuesday we will have my new friend, Dr. Annie Fenn who is an obstetrician/gynecologist who teaches about living a brain healthy lifestyle and cooking with foods that nourish and protect the brain. Her Brain Works Kitchen website and cooking classes are based on the latest evidence-based research. With Annie, we are lucky to have Dr. Martha Stearn who is a cognitive health specialist, founder and director of the St. John’s Cognitive Institute, and creator of the Brain Works 6-week dementia prevention program. Together they are helping their Jackson Hole community age with the intention of maintaining brain health to prevent and delay Alzheimer’s.

Color Your Mind by Maria Shriver
“This is an amazing book which brings a holistic approach to engaging those with dementia and their care partners. I love how Maria intertwines the simple yet creative works of coloring which has been embraced by so many people looking for a peacefulness within and now has created a product specifically designed for those living with dementia.”
