BANGS Program for Dementia Care

Susan Macaulay from Canada joins Lori La Bey Host of Alzheimer’s Speaks Radio. Susan was the primary care partner for her mother who lived with dementia. Susan is a dementia care advocate, a workshop facilitator and a prolific blogger and she developed a system called BANGS approach to help care partners reduce aggression and calm challenging situations.
