I WILL NOT FALL – Poem By Norrms McNamara
I WILL NOT FALL
By our friend Norrms McNamara
So many friends, yet all alone,
Inside my mind, it’s not my own,
When Dementia calls, the mist descends,
Cutting me off from all my friends,
Crying, Screaming Deep inside,
No where to run, No where to hide,
This broken man has one more cry,
A will to live and not to die,
Deep inside a fire burns,
It burns so bright my memory learns,
To live with fear and cry to all,
I WILL SURVIVE! I WILL NOT FALL!!!
