Trina Anderson brings 37 years of experience in the senior housing and living industry and is a 2025 honoree of Senior Housing News’ Memory Care Innovation Awards. She is the creator of Melody, a personalized music therapy program that provides Memory Care at Senior Lifestyle, where they lead the nationally non-pharmacological approach to dementia care by tapping into emotional connection and personal history through music. 

Brittany Coleman has 17 years of experience in the industry, including over a decade with Senior Lifestyle. She has been instrumental in scaling the Embrace program across dozens of communities and is known for her expertise in person-centered care, culturally responsive programming, and mentoring frontline care teams.
