Chantell Horn, is a student studying for the Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management at Southern Institute of Technology, New Zealand. She is currently completing her dissertation which would enable her to look at the reality of burnout among dementia caregivers and the effects on them.

Chantel will also be able to evaluate multidimensional approaches to easing caregiver burnout and she would appreciate you help. If you can spare a few minutes to respond to the survey your response would help address any existing or potential issues as well as contribute towards recognizing symptoms of burnout among the dementia caregivers and how to ease and prevent caregiver burnout.
