You would be 5am the next day.
So for example today, Tuesday July 14th we did our Dementia Chats at 2pm CST in the US, so for you it would actually be Wed July 15th at 5am.
We do the webinars on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month here in the US, so again if you put it on your calendar for the 2nd and 4th Wed at 5am, you could join us.
Given it’s very early for you, each webinar is recorded so people can watch them later too.
