Peter Yarrow Concert To Raise Awareness And Funds For Alzheimer Disease

For those of you who live in Florida or the Tallahassee, Florida area>>> Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul & Mary concert) is performing in Tallahassee, Florida at “The Moon” THIS COMING SUNDAY, February 23, 2014 with the doors opening at 6:00 PM. The Moon is located at 1105 East Lafayette Street behind New Leaf Market.

Peter (of Peter, Paul & Mary) is performing an Alzheimer’s Disease benefit concert with the proceeds supporting the local Alzheimer’s Project and the Florida State University College of Medicine Alexander “Sandy” Halperin, DDS Alzheimer’s Research Fund. With my having early-stage Alzheimer’s, I am incredibly honored by this fund – and it is a Bucket List dream for me and our family to have Peter Yarrow perform here in Tallahassee. We invite you to come from to join in this celebration of hope and purpose, as we look for cures for Alzheimer’s and for the continuing care of those with the disease and their family and caregivers. There will be a children’s campfire-style sing-along to get the evening started, followed by the show and ending with a VIP reception.
