Mark’s mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He decided to leave his career of 22+ years as a Leadership & Human Resources Executive at Taco Bell to care for his Mom full-time at home. Mark discovered that his love and passion for his mom, his passion to learn, and his executive career leading leadership development, Talent, and training (including training on Breakthrough Thinking), helped him lead care to achieving breakthrough results for his mom, where she lived 3 times longer and happier than anyone expected.
