Michael Ellenbogen has worked tirelessly to shift our dementia care culture around the world.  As a man living with the disease, he understands the urgency on a level most of us don’t even want to begin to imagine, let alone live with.  Michael also knows there are many others living with dementia that are unable to speak up and advocate for themselves or others.

Needs To Be Heard

Did you know there is no formal funding mechanism to help those living with dementia in raising awareness and educating families, professionals caring for them including medical staff on the realities of living with the disease?  There needs to be one so we can speed up the awareness and education process to improve services to those dealing with the diagnosis.
