Lori La Bey talks with Carolyn and Ali Aslan, PhD, both had family members who struggled with Alzheimer’s Disease and witnessed the emotional and financial strain it brought to their families. Their mission with MemoryCo is to improve seniors’ lives through meaningful and engaging entertainment with an added focus on cognitive well-being and memory support.

Ali holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College and has completed his postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA working on a DARPA project developing an implantable memory prosthetic device that uses deep brain stimulation to improve memory. Carolyn’s professional background is in finance and business where she has years of experience working with seniors in various settings.
