I feel the grass roots movement would help remove the stigma of the disease. Radio and tv public service announcements with high profile people and pro athletes who have been affected by friends or relatives. Show there is hope.
Develop free workshops explaining the impact of stress, depression, and diabetes on memory. There are also local papers that are distributed to several cities. Find the hooks to get the attention and promote hope and how to find it. Find the heroes…. and let them be in the spotlight. Have people been able to stop the progression? Hope that sparks some ideas. I’ll help any way I can. John Gross
