Jayne_clairmont_headJAYNE CLAIRMONT, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF ENGLISH ROSE SUITES AND b♦home HOME CARE,

TO SPEAK THROUGHOUT NORTH DAKOTA ON

“UNDERSTANDING THE LANGUAGE OF DEMENTIA: DISCOVERING THE JOY”

As with every journey, the journey of Alzheimer’s begins with a single step. And, like all journey’s, there will be stumbles and falls along the way. Deb Liffrig Kaul and her family know this first hand, as they has been dealing with the many difficulties and heartache in finding the best care for their father, Duane Liffrig, who is living with Alzheimer’s. Duane is a native North Dakotan, who has made indelible contributions to the state of North Dakota as a former State Transportation Commissioner. Deb and her family’s ties to North Dakota are an integral part of their lives. This very connection led to Deb to Jayne Clairmont, who was born, bred and educated in North Dakota.

North Dakota Family Champions Dementia Education

north_dakota_article_w_jayneIt proved serendipitous that the seeds of this current speaking engagement were planted during the Northern Plains Conference on Aging in Fargo last October. It was at that conference, that Deb Liffrig Kaul heard Jayne speak. She was inspired to find a way to bring the same level of care and understanding championed by Jayne Clairmont and practiced throughout her residential and home care businesses, English Rose Suites and b♦home respectively, to her own father. After a visit to English Rose Suites’ Chestnut Hills residence in Wayzata, Deb was determined to collaborate with Jayne and bring her vast knowledge and expertise to the state of North Dakota – a most loving gift to the state of North Dakota and a way to honor her most beloved father. In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, of which Jayne is a member and former chair, and the generosity of the Liffrig family, Jayne will be speaking in Fargo, Minot, Williston and Bismarck.
