Our Host, Lori La Bey will be talking with Anne Scott who is living with dementia. Her whole life changed upon diagnosis. She experienced first-hand the lack of awareness regarding dementia and so she decided make a difference. Anne wrote the children’s book, Sizzling Bacon.
Raising Dementia Awareness Using the Arts
Joining Anne will be Anastacia Ackers a theatre maker, writer, and facilitator whose work explores the personal and political. She is passionate about co-creation, and she leads the “Outside Lives Green Room” initiative – exploring how the arts can be a tool for social change.
