Our Host, Lori La Bey will be talking with Sean Geehan, the CEO and Founder of Geehan Group.  Sean is known as a thought leader and innovator. His insight and success have landed him keynotes at many conferences as well as being featured on NPR and guest lecturing at prestigious universities.

Sean more than 30 years of extensive cross-industry experience, and a decade in the healthcare sector focused on innovation and strategy. Sean is committed to helping crack the code for Seniors from those who are  Independent to those living with late-stage dementia; by applying his unique combination of experiences to improve overall quality of life for all impacted. 

This outside-in approach has earned Sean the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002 and since has been inducted into the E&Y National Hall of Fame. He holds a BA in Marketing/Finance and an MBA from the University of Dayton and has attended ongoing course work at Columbia and Harvard. 

Today we will be talk with Sean about the MemaRang, which helps Boost resident engagement and connection to staff and other residents.  Sean will share key experiences that illustrate the impact of Reminiscence Therapy (RT) when delivered in simple and easy familiar game structures.
