Deanna has an extensive 30-year healthcare sales and sales management background. As the National Sales Manager of Seni, a premium brand of adult incontinence products. She and her Seni teammates are on a quest to shift the mindset in the USA from adult incontinence products being viewed as a disposable commodity to high-performing incontinence products being viewed as a critical component of the continuum of care.
Jeff McSpadden is co-founder and CEO at Composure, an evidence-based, digital audio company that delivers original soundscapes for senior living communities to improve sleep and drive healthy outcomes for older adults living with dementia. As an entrepreneur, technologist, and life-long musician, and composer, Jeff has dedicated himself to the pursuit of sound as a vital ingredient to human thriving. Prior to launching Composure, Jeff’s 15-year career as a composer included writing and producing original music for film, television, and advertising with clients such as MGM, NBC, CBS, PBS, HBO, and AMC as well as brands ranging from Mercedes-Benz, Verizon, Progressive, Toshiba, and Ford.
Jeff’s career in music began in his hometown of Dallas, TX as a teenager playing trumpet in a range of idioms from jazz to classical to pop and world music. He moved to New York City to attend The New School for Social Research where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in the Performing Arts. Jeff continues to live in NYC where he and his wife are raising their two teenage sons.
