During the holidays we often see things we weren’t expecting. Like a loved one’s memory maybe slipping. Are you hearing them ask the same questions or making the same comments over and over? Are you noticing changes in their personality, confusion as to where they are or who family and friends are? Are they unable to do things they have always done? There are a lot of symptoms that may cause alarm.

One thing you can do of course is getting them into the doctor for assessment. Another is to explore things to help reduce these symptoms. It might even get you thinking about your own brain and how you can protect it. Maybe looking into making lifestyle changes. One such thing that is free is signing up for brain health program, Stronger Memory.
