Our Host, Lori La Bey will be talking with Jonas Fröjd who is in Sweden and is with Mindkicker and has a background in martial arts. Today he will talk about why we must dare to slow down without losing speed, using unique holistic concepts.  This is more important than ever in this extremely fast paced crazy time. 

Jonas cared for his father with dementia, and he works as a leadership coach and speaker, teaching sustainable leadership on how to improve life and work by combining western technology with eastern wisdom.  He is unique in his field and is active worldwide. Jonas has helped thousands of people maximize their potential using digital analysis, reflection of emotions, thoughts and behavior using mental training techniques.

Among other things, he has lived with monks in Japan learning how to change people’s subconscious patterns and create new and better strategies in life.

ARTS & DEMENTIA EDUCATIONAL PANEL:

After receiving multiple requests to formally continue to highlight the artwork of those living with dementia, The Arts & Dementia Educational Panel will formally launch this November. All levels of artists and all types of art are welcome. Our goal is to elevate panelists work and ability to create beauty in many forms. They will share examples of various types of art they participate in, how, and why they started, what they have learned, and what they personally get out of making art. Panelists, do not have to attend all sessions.
